DISINFECTION/VIRUCIDAL* DIRECTIONS: Wipe hard, nonporous surface with wipe until surface is visibly wet. Allow surface to remain visibly wet for 2 minutes. For SARS-CoV-2, treated surfaces must remain visibly wet for 1 minute.

Fungi: For Candida albicans control, follow disinfection directions.

NON-FOOD CONTACT SANITIZING DIRECTIONS: To sanitize hard, nonporous, non-food contact surfaces, wipe surface, using enough wipes to allow treated surface to remain visibly wet for 10 seconds for Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Campylobacter jejuni, Salmonella enterica, and Streptococcus pyogenes. For Escherichia coli, treated surfaces must remain visibly wet for 15 seconds. Let surface dry. For visibly soiled surfaces, clean excess dirt first.

Personal protection: Clean-up must always be done wearing protective gloves, gowns, masks and eye protection.

Cleaning procedure: Blood and other body fluids containing HIV or HBV or HCV must be thoroughly cleaned from surfaces and objects before application of Defender 2 Minute* Disinfectant Wipes.

Contact time: Leave surface wet for 2 minutes.

Disposal of infectious material: Blood, body fluids, cleaning materials and clothing must be disposed of according to local regulations for infectious waste disposal.

To Clean and Disinfect in a Veterinary Setting:5
Use to clean and disinfect hard, non-porous surfaces such as feeding and watering equipment, cages, utensils, instruments, kennels, stables, catteries, etc. Remove all animals and feed from premises, animal transportation vehicles, crates, etc. Remove all litter, droppings, and manure from walls, floors, and surfaces of facilities occupied or traversed by animals. Empty all feeding and watering equipment. Pre-clean all surfaces with soap or detergent and rinse with water. Wipe hard, nonporous surface with wipe until surface is visibly wet. Allow surface to remain visibly wet for 2 minutes. For efficacy against Murine Norovirus, allow surfaces to remain visibly wet for 10 minutes. Do not house animals or employ equipment until treated surfaces have been thoroughly rinsed with water and allowed to dry. Thoroughly scrub all treating, feeding, and watering appliances with soap or detergent, and rinse with potable water before re-use.
